Mark Cross offers complimentary returns on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Mark Cross shipping box, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS courier or drop it at a local service point, then monitor your return status through our automated tracking link.
