What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To maintain the longevity of your Mark Cross piece, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in the provided dust bag when not in use.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand by our craftsmanship. Mark Cross offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents.
Can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
